How are web design award nominees scored?
Every nominee is reviewed against 5 weighted criteria: Design & Craft (30%), Experience (25%), Originality (20%), Content (10%), and Technical (15%). Final overall scores are published alongside each award and refreshed as judges complete their reviews.
When does public voting open for nominees?
Any day. Each nominee page carries a vote button, and the most-voted nominee on a given day is named Site of the Day - one win per site. Votes never touch the jury's score.
Can any agency or studio submit a website?
Yes. Submissions are open year-round to studios, agencies, freelancers, and in-house teams worldwide. One submission per site launch keeps the index curated and prevents duplicate entries.
How does a website get onto this page?
A paid entry (Premium, 48-hour rushed or an agency plan) joins the index the day it is entered and is scored within 30 days, or 48 hours rushed. Free entries wait in a separate queue and are published only if and when the jury reviews them.
How often are new website nominees added?
